Who We Are
Equidev is an independent organization, founded by Oxfam Great Britain – a global charity fighting inequality and poverty – and supported by international advisory experts.
Based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, we work with governments, NGOs, social enterprises, and businesses.
We provide expert advice and technical support for social and economic development projects and are guided by values of fairness and justice.
Where We Work
We focus on rural areas in the northern and southern regions of Tajikistan and work to support the most vulnerable.
With extensive experience across all regions of Tajikistan, we plan to expand our reach by opening new offices in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
CROSS-CUTTING APPROACH
Our programs are underpinned by crosscutting themes of good governance, gender, equality, social accountability, and climate change adaptation.
